3.1 AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

4. AI-Powered Features

The App uses Google's Gemini API to provide AI chat features. When you use these features:

• The text you type is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate responses.
• Your input is processed under Google's Privacy Policy and Gemini API terms.
• We do not use your AI conversation content to train any models.
• Do not enter sensitive personal information (full names, addresses, financial data, health records, etc.) into AI chat.
• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate; treat them as suggestions, not authoritative answers.

You will be asked to consent before using AI features for the first time.

5. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

1. With your consent
2. When required by law
3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property
4. With service providers listed in "Third-Party Services" above

6. Data Retention

We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide our services or until you delete your account. After account deletion, personally identifiable information will be deleted within a reasonable period.
